I need a Product drawn up to scale in 3D

This is a new product where we are looking at a 'retracting' over bath stretcher which allows users to lie on top of the tub.

Attached is some sketches - its over a Bath, and a stretcher which runs in a rail, up the side of the bath and over the top to allow someone to be laid on top of the stretcher, which is resting on the top of the tub.
but more detail can be provided to work off.
I would like this drawn up to scale in CAD, in 3D and also as a visual so I can show manufacturers and clients my idea
