UPDATE 05-Dec-2018:
Thanks to those that have made proposals.
I have changed the design slightly to make the vent smaller (shorter),
the vent is now 'handed', which means that I will need one design with the inlet pipe coming in from the left, and one version one with the pipe coming in from the right (see pic).
In view of this I have increased the budget by 50%
The other change is that I have inclined the vent 10 Degrees, so that the airflow hits the windscreen at a better angle.
See the additional pictures in the .doc.

I need a car demist vent designed that I can get printed in 3D.
The car in question is a Nova kit car.
The vent is installed in the dashboard from above, and needs to fit through an install 'slot' hole which is 20mm wide and is 150mm long (curved length).
The width of the top flange is 25mm (see pic).
This is a new-design part and may need some fine tuning or fettling after the initial design/trial fit.
Please be prepared to work with me to optimise the design.
Once the vent is designed it will be published and made available for other Nova owners to print themselves,
so the design will be public domain. If ownership of the design is an issue for you please don't bid for the work.
Having said that, you can place a discreet logo on the vent if you wish to.
I'm happy to provide more information before or after bidding.
Steve.
