I need 2d/3d house plans for extension on the existing house

Design details: I have a house and want to build two extension on the house.

The fist extension is very simple it in the back of the house a 18X18 dining room with windows on the front and right side and a patio door on the left side to get outside on a deck.

The second extension is attached to the right side of the house. the size will be 30X30. I will need a design for a big bedroom and a bathroom facing the front of the house and another bedroom toward the back a set of stairs will be need from the house to go upstairs to the second floor where the new plan will be. Note: under the extension there is already an existing garage and the plan his to add a second garage door on the left side since the plans will be above the to door garage (30X30)

I already have the architectural plans of the original the house. This could be be very useful to get an idea of the plan. I also have a plan of the extension drawn by hand.
