Home Theatre Design 2D/3D

I am looking for a skilled professional to quickly and accurately enhance my unfinished home theatre project drawings. The CAD drawings require improvements to clearly show room measurements and placements, ensuring they are easy for an on-site contractor to follow.

Key tasks include:

Enhancing all existing drawings for clarity and organization.
Creating detailed diagrams for full rear room bass traps, based on provided instructions.
Updating speaker placements at the rear of the room across all relevant design documents.
Adjusting front room screen placements.
Modifying electrical wiring and network placements.
Adding additional elements to in-room furniture and providing various 3D angles, building upon the existing 3D work.
Breaking down wall layers, including foam and frame details.
Providing PDFs for both 2D and 3D drawings, organized into sections to avoid overcrowding on a single page.
Refining side wall drawings with and without acoustical materials to clearly show all diagrams and on-site measurements, as the previous designer failed to do so.
Diagrams illustrating the wall's depth, including the foam, materials, and speaker positions, will be provided from multiple angles for comprehensive understanding.

The project is 75% complete, with the remaining 25% needing completion and organisation into a structured folder hierarchy for contractor use. This needs to be finished within 14 days.

Payment will stay in escrow till the project is complete; due to past experiences with unresponsible designers, i am no longer willing to release any advance payment except in escrow.
