Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
EDIT: Please attach examples of high quality exterior renders, these are the most important thing for us!
I have reposted this job to alter the quantity of images and hopefully better explain some aspects and allow for more accurate quotes. If you already submitted a proposal I am sorry for the hassle but please do submit again.
This time I have attached pictures with ‘unacceptable’ written on them, and other photos which I hope will show the minimum standard of quality and also give you an idea on the general style. The ‘unacceptable’ images lack creativity/detail in the landscape as well as the house looking flat, also the lighting isn’t realistic enough and this is really important to us. We need someone who can show some creativity and attention to detail in these aspects. We want renders that look like photos to show to our customers, not cartoons!
When providing a quote, please make it your price working from 2D plans & elevations. Also, keep in mind that we want all editable source files on completion as well as the high quality jpeg images.
We are a building company in Australia releasing a new range of homes and these images are to display on our website as well as in our print brochures. This job is for 45 exterior renders total plus 15 x 3D floor plans. There are 5 ‘base models’ i.e. the approximate house size/shape. Each base model will have 3 variations i.e. different floor plans. So, you’ll be modelling 15 houses. Many are single level homes, between 2-4 bedrooms, aimed at families & those building their first home.
The 45 renders are NOT expected to be 45 entirely unique images! We want 15 houses with three different versions of texturing on the house itself, so when the customer is looking at a particular house, the background will stay the same and they can compare the finishes. Have a look at the example images attached.
The 3D floor plans should be in colour and include furniture etc, but they do not need to be realistic like the renders.
The project will begin in December. Later, we will need realistic interior renders. I’m not sure how many yet, so I have not included that here. We do not have a tight deadline, but please provide a rough estimate of completion time. Also please attach samples of similar work :) Thank you for your time reading this!
P.S: please quote a total cost, not per hour or per picture. If you are not sure, please provide an estimate and say so in your message.
Ideas for the visual style: please see attached photos for style ideas of the house.

Hi Daniela, Let me know what is your budget?

Dear Daniela,
Would you kindly let me know it's just a matter of price or other issues so I can readjust the proposal.
Many thanks
