3D Festival Map Creator

We are in need of a designer/creator to assist us in creating a 3D festival map for our event. The following are some aspects we'd need included in the map. We will need to adjust this as we go, but manage various festivals and this is just 1 of a group of events we manage. This will be the start of a possible long term relationship;
- The festival will be held on a rugby field and includes a club house where HQ will be set up.
- Include surrounding environment, trees, hills, stream, roads, treeline area etc.
- Large, Medium and Small sized Marquees.
- Food, Arts and Craft Market area.
- Various festival furniture, tables, chairs, bins, benches, leaner tables etc.
- Information and Services Desks.
- Fencing, barriers, scaffolds.
- Signage, prop structures, decoration.
- Restrooms - portaloos.
- Drink stations.
- V.I.P designated area.
- General Bar and V.I.P Bar area.
