Design & Create a 3D model model of a coin using Blender

I need a 3D designer to create a design for a coin, and then build a 3D model of the coin using Blender. (The reason I wand blender is so I can experiment with the model myself in the future and Blender is all I have access to).

I will eventually want to create a small looping spinning animation of the coin in a variety of materials and textures - this can be a separate job if necessary, but it's good for you to know what I'm wanting to do with the model.

I have a colour illustration I want to use (I will send this to the successful freelancer) that needs to be the "head" on the head side of the coin so that will need modelling somehow from that colour image to a coin-like 3d embossed effect like any real life coin. I'm not sure what should feature on the other side of the coin. The coin must also feature some wording (to be provided to the successful freelancer).

I'd like to see 2 model variations of the same coin design - 1 should be a rustic and worn version with imperfections and scratches like a very old coin, and I'd also like to see a very sharp edged shiny new looking one.

I've attached a few examples I found online which all have different features I like:-

I LOVE the aesthetic of the BNB coin (attached) - the contrasting colours and the lighting effects on the different textures are fantastic, and the reflection in the rippling liquid at the bottom is a dream scenario for the final animation.

The daldrop animation (attached) is a bit over the top but I like the variety of textures a shiny lighting effects.
