Design a 3D model of gas processing facility

Design details: We would like to have designed a simplified 3D presentation of the whole facility for our needs. My studio is currently working with the client on the 3D online presentation of the facilty. We are looking for a talented proffessional who will be able to model for us that facility.

1. We want it all to be in the shades of GREY - NO texturing needed, and blue for the water. Nothing else, it has to be well ballanced.

4. In general we want the whole facility to be placed on an island like object which can be as a whole be levitating in white space.
Target audience: Energy proffessionals, investors, regular users interested in the facility.
Ideas for the visual style: light weight, simplified, polygon designs even for nature and enviroment only buidlings have to r be a bit more detailed representation of the real thing
Things to avoid: To much textures,
Preferred colors: General - white with color for water eventually and thats it.

Extra notes: We can provide corel draw images to the scan's that we have made. What is most important with that model is that it would have to work in the sketch fab presentation.
