Blender Design for Unreal Engine

Hello,

I am looking for a Blender developer who can create the attached set in 3D. (IT has to be Blender!!)
Once the set is finished it will be imported directly to the EU. Please reference the below link for this process.
I am not under a tight timeline for this and would be happy to work with an experienced designer who wants to learn the new process of Blender and Unreal as I require lots of future work created in this process.

Attached is a sample set. I have the correct one with workable photoshop files but cannot share until I have assigned a freelancer.

I vast experience working with Adobe suite but am not sure what work involved in this. So happy to consider higher bits if my budget is too low.
