Blender: Add clothing to a 3D character

I am making a diorama and I will be 3D printing the figurines (16 cm tall approx.).
I have the Blender 3D model for a man, a woman, and a child and I will use the same models in several different poses.

The models I have are naked and I need the clothing modelled. Since I will use different poses, I need the models to have the clothing properties so that they will adapt to each pose.
I will provide the Blender file for the characters.

The articles of clothing I need are:

A. For the man, an Egyptian skirt.
B. For the man, a tunic with a turban.
C. For the woman, a dress.

No need to add color, texture, or material to the model. I will not render it, just 3D print it.
