3D Sportswear Images

I am looking for a designer that has software (Mayer, Stager, Clo3D, Autodesk) who has the ability to create a virtual garment Avatar for a Sports Tee Shirt /Jersey and then once Avatar/Template has been completed, you would do further images as and when required (Same Avatar) from a 2D flat graphic that we would supply. You would use this 2D flat graphic to wrap onto the Avatar.
I expect to pay a fee for the Avatar Creation and then an agreed separate Individual fee for each wrap (convert 2D to 3D) thereafter.
