3d Render for a garden building

I am looking for somebody that can create a 3d render of a garden building, that I can then take and embed into a background image. I do not need the whole scene creating, just the building.

I can provide full floorplans, lighting options, layout, and exterior materials, it will be similar to the one attached, but much higher quality I hope! I will only be looking for a single render from the front angle in the first instance.

I will need the images completed within 24 hours of accepting a proposal.
