3D Print Files for Action Figures (2)

I have created a comic book anthology with some co-creators and for sales and marketing I would like to have 10 in. action figures/statues of my protagonist and antagonist. I have a 3D Printer, but I can't make the designs/files to save my life. Looking for seasoned or professional designers to bring these characters to life for kids and teenagers.

These characters are from a comic book I created for kids with limb difference. (Amputees and those with other disabilities.) I want them to be amazed and awe struck by these figures. I can only post character drawings to help you figure out how to render them 3D. If you get the job I can send two pages of my comic to help you a little more on their looks through email. Pages are too big to load here. (Seasoned or Professional designers would be ideal, but I will look at anyone's portfolio to see who has the best work.)
