Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 16 hours in total approx
Information for the business: Design
Industry: Lifestyle/Travel
Design details: We need 4 models completed by 10th August and are looking for a 3D Modeler to complete
(a) Models and (b) for each Model uv map it. We do not require materials, lighting, baking, rendering or other components.
In terms of software the models can be created in Maya, 3DS Max or C4D.
Model Specs are:
1 Bed (max of 140K poly) - should include covers and curtains - note normals will be needed both sides on curtains.
1 Sofa (max of 100K poly) - note we would like to model in the creases / buttons / dents where possible within that count.
1 Phone (max of 50K poly)
1 Stool (max of 40K poly)
For each model we prefer separate logical meshes for components (e.g. blanket, pillow, frame) with separate maps.
Maps should be created on the understanding that light maps will be rendered by us so we cannot have overlapping maps.
Note we will provide images of the models to create and how to break down the model into separate meshes. We retain copyright of the finished product.
Other points if you create any of the items like sofa cushions / blankets in another program e.g. Z Brush or Marvelous Designer - we will need quads on the final model. Additionally if you need to decimate to achieve poly counts we would prefer the model pre and after decimation as we likely will bake the higher model and apply the outputs to the lower model.
Ideas for the visual style: Industrial
