3D Model of internal office building

I require a 3D model of an internal office building similar to the attached image showing the different services within it. Such as CCTV, Cabling, Desks etc.

The image needs to be different to the original but with the same concept. It also needs to be photo realistic.

I require the file to be created in 3DS Max

Job will be awarded Wednesday 24th April and need completing by end of Friday 26th April.
