3d model of existing house with new patio

I am looking for someone to create a 3d model of my house so I can try different patio designs.

Requirements:

Create model of my house from existing pictures
Create various designs of a new patio (possibly using structure of existing, older patio)
The 2nd level of the patio will be covered (possibly done by extending the roof of the house)
Architecture to match the existing design of the house
For 1st floor patio, use arch style design for support posts, covered in stucco that matches the house
