3D model and printing of a small Oyster Reef

We have an existing 3D model made available through Creative Commons of an Oyster Reef but we need work doing on it to scale it (to fit in an aquarium) make it suitable for 3D printing. Final size will be approx 250mm x 150mm x 150mm. We will be using a scenic artist to paint the 3D printed model. I've uploaded a jog of the file but can't share the .obj file on here. Based on the model volume, I've had a 3D print quote of around £30 - but I'm uncertain about this. We'll need 2 models printing of the same.
