3D male character for Unity project

I don’t know if I’ve chose the correct category & design.
I’m looking for someone to do a face & body wrap on a 3D rigged avatar for me. I have tried this myself in Blender but it’s too difficult. I already have the rigged model & images of all angles.
If somebody could please help me, could you let me know & let me know your price & how long this would likely take. A fixed price or hourly is fine.
