3D Design of Waves on a Lake for 3D Printing , with Perspective

I am an artist looking for help. I need a 3D model of pond waves which looks like the image(s) below. Please notice the waves appear to be fairly small as in a bay or a pond; they are not oceanic. Also notice the sense of perspective, as though we are looking down at the waves from 45 degrees.

From you I need a file for a 3D printer. This will be the base layer, or the canvas, on which I produce my artwork. The 3D Design should be 50cm x 50cm, with the depth varying from 7mm to 20mm, based on the movement of the waves. Delivery of any of these CAD files should work (STEP | STP | SLDPRT | IPT | 3DXML | PRT | SAT)

Although you will model the waves in 3D software, the file I receive must have perspective, not a bird's eye view. As the waves need to look narrower in the distance, the amplitude and frequency of the waves at the top of the piece needs to be narrower than the amplitude and frequency at the bottom. If this doesn't make sense to you please don't ask for this job!
