2D Floor plans + 3D model + Minimum 2 Renders of each space.

I am currently looking for help with designing single room, double room and the reception hall of the hotel. The Concept - Sea Side Minimalism. The main task of this project - It's need to be sustainable and innovative space. By the end of this project I will need: 1) Proposed Floorplans Scale 1:50 2) Interior Sections Scale 1:50 3) Lighting Plan Scale 1:100 4) 3D model of each space 5) Interior Images of the relevant spaces(renders)... so 2D and 3D Design + renders ... As well I will need initial files in case I will decide to add on something on my own. At the moment I already have 2D AutoCad rooms measurements.
