Design/develop a web page

I would like to get a website designed/developed and tweaked from a template, http://themeforest.net/item/halfcreative-responsive-one-page-html-template/4484718?sso. I would like to edit it so the logo is higher up on the page, the font is changed to a serif font. The current website is relatively basic and includes a php quote box and a gallery of vehicles with specifications, and I would like all information to be transferred over to this template in a manageable fashion.

I do not wish for a Wordpress designed website. I want it to be strictly HTML5/CSS please. Thank you
