Design and Code Awesome website

Hello, I am looking to create a site to offer my logo design and branding services. You would need to be able to create a site similar to http://www.logoworks.com or http://www.logobench.com, and the design must be an original (or very professional, original looking template). One of the most important features of this site will need to be the ability for customers to log into their accounts to see and download the designs that we upload. Also, there needs to be the ability to pay via paypal. Other than that it will be relatively static pages. Please let me know as I'll like to get this started ASAP.
