Deal Originator

Our company is a corporate acquisition specialist that acquires suitable businesses, fitting certain acquisition criteria, in partnership with its investee companies and its Operating Managers.

We seek a Mail Marketing Programme Deal Originator (MMPDO) to handle responses to “cold” mailshot approaches made to prospective targets fitting our sectoral acquisition criteria. Ideally candidates should be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to prospective senior corporate vendors by phone.

The role would suit an entrepreneurially minded person used to working independently on a day to day basis and who is keen to succeed.

The MMPDO should expect calls, letters and emails from private and corporate business owners and intermediaries of around 20-30 per week, to which responses are needed - ideally within 24 hours. The objective is to ensure that confidential information from, and about, businesses that are established as potentially for sale, is provided. We would then handle further action.

Payment structure includes a basic hourly rate plus results based bonus. For the right person this job will prove to be very rewarding and exciting.
