CRM Web Development - Bespoke Build

We are one of the leading rental companies in the North West with a fleet of high quality motorhomes – www.freedhome.co.uk

We are about to re-launch our website in the next few weeks but we would like to consider a bespoke CRM system build. We have discussed various 'off the shelf' solutions such as sales force and zoho but we'd like to explore our options for a one-off upfront build cost that doesn't require a monthly/annual fee.

Core Requirements

• CRM system to automate all responses to hire enquiries and bookings.

• A online bookings calendar system which can check enquiries and automatically respond and quote with prices and availability.

• As per the attached pdf - there would be 3 core enquiry types to deal with: Prospects, Prospects Booked & Prospects Non-Booking.
