Construction Website Design

Description: I need a simple construction Website created for me. The customer features I will require is social network links to my:
-Twitter
-Instragram
-Facebook
-Linked In


I also what the customer to be able to send me a job to be quoted , they must be able to upload photo's and add their contact details etc.

It does not have to be custom a modified template site is phone with some out of the box graphics

The contact page is important to me, the customer must have the ability to essentially submit a job to me for estimation, there should be parameters and reference data to make the form standardised. Also there should be the ability to add photo's.

Ideally I would like this build in Joomla as I have some knowledge and would have the ability to maintain the site going forward.
