Complete Website Build

I'm creating a website in the sports sector. I need a site to include a social login (via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) so user can customise their own homepage. I can provide most images. Someone with web design experience would be useful but I need it built from back to front. The format will be quite a few tabs at the top to split the site into sections. There will be in the region of 1-5 articles being posted daily by different people so ideally I could post this myself. There will be a lot of content on the site.
