Complete redevelopment of existing site, with enhancements

My site works well ... up to a point. I am looking at several enhancements that will make it more user friendly, including:
* better tools for fundraisers to upload images, format text, etc
• ability for charities to create password protected accounts and view money due to them
• ability for visitors to donate direct to charity without going through fundraiser
• dynamic list of charities instead of current static list, etc.
