Can you close warm accommodation advertising leads? Ongoing work, plus commission

We need a couple of people who can sell advertising over the phone and who would like the to earn the extra 10% commission!
The leads provided are warm (they have shown an interest in THE BIKER GUIDE) and so we would hope for some sales by telephone - Is that something you are good at and comfortable with? If so read on...

In brief, you would telephone potential advertisers (from a data base provided) to place an advert within our website for specified sections for Biker Friendly Accommodation (Hotels, B&B's, guest houses, pubs, campsites, etc...)

Most of these leads will have shown an interest in our website and will have already received information from us via our e-shot service, so they are already aware of THE BIKER GUIDE and generally welcome the call.

To start with, we want feedback on 60 connected calls (enough leads will be provided to allow for none connected calls) and with these calls we would expect some sales.

The whole job is for 240 connected calls, done in weekly batches of 60 on Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday between the hours of 10 - 12.30 and/or 2 - 3. We state these times as that is when we have found is the best time to contact owners of Accommodation and so that your time is best spent. Sometimes you will be asked to call back at other times, which of course is ideal for those who want the extra 10%. To start this project we would want feedback on a batch of 60 and suggest £50 for this.

As we are a niche publication, telesales have a high conversion rate (usually 1 in 15). For any sales booked by you during these calls we would also give you 10% extra* along with the fixed amount mentioned.

We need someone who has previous experience of websites and/or magazine/print advertising and cold calling, is organised, a self-starter, flexible, has excellent communication and customer service skills, can generate well written e-mails, has a professional sales manner, can sell over the phone and who will not damage our brand with hard selling.
Extra notes: Various marketing e-mails, f&b’s, scripts and more will be provided to you.

There are various advertising options and rates, so the extra earnings are down to your skill levels. For us it is not about the amount of calls, it is about the quality of them, so we would expect in one hour 10 to 15 connected calls.

So if you have a strong sales personality, are innovative and a self-starter, have a professional manner and are able to commit to these calls, then let us know why we should consider you for this work and that you are available for some or all of these hours. We are ideally looking for someone who wants to work with us on a regular basis.

If this first batch works for both of us we can supply leads for the forceable future.

We are looking for someone who can start in January/February 2014 and ideally someone who is looking for 4 to 8 hours work a week on-going. We also produce later in the year a printed booklet where the earnings are higher, which is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of display advertising sales in print / magazine.

*The extra 10% will be processed when payment is made by the client to us, usually at the end of the month. We are a very honest company who will always reward our people.
