Write A business plan for a cafe tender proposal

I need someone to write a business plan for a tender we are submitting for a cafe in a leisure centre next Tuesday 23rd June.
Below is the tender requirements. The figures will be supplied just need to text to accompany
"What is your projected annual turnover and expenditure from these sites should you be successful? Remember to explain the assumptions and reasoning behind the annual turnover figure you have stated and please provide a business plan. You may wish to include additional evidence."
"Answer to acheive maximum score
The applicant presents a solid business plan, with lots of evidence and calculations to support their calculated figures. The annual turnover figure appears fully achievable based on the figures presented and the Councils own calculations".
