Web Development Project Manager

I run a small web development firm that develops custom web applications and websites.
We are growing and getting new customers each month.
We are looking for a web development manager to join our remote team. Our developers are based in the far east and all have good English. Our customers are in UK and USA.

You have experience and knowledge of:

Web development project phases
Excellent understanding of PHP coding, MySQL databases, web hosting, DNS, websites, design
Translating customers needs into clear tasks for developers
Interfacing directly with technical developers
Ensuring developers are motivated
Interfacing with non-technical customers
Ability to test what developers have done and provide clear feedback
Ensuring development tasks are chased and completed
Ensuring urgent tasks are progressed
Ensuring customers are updated with status and progress
Generating development tasks from proposals
Assisting developers with problem solving
Work remotely with remote developers and remote customers
Available to interact with customers in UK and USA during their working day
Excellent written and verbal English
Available for phone or video calls with customers
Ability to create short demo videos for customers.
