Virtual Assistant company with workers based in the EU, USA and Canada

We are a growing shoe and apparel brand that requires a PA to filter emails and then appropriately respond to them with templates. You will be delegated access to a gmail account in order to do this. You will also need to install a Windows app that contains the template responses. Given that the task requires a lot of reading and comprehension a good level of English literacy is required. This work will be done several times during the day Mon to Fri as well as twice on Saturday and Sunday. Each time you process the emails it could take you between 5 mins to an hour.

Further work related to administering the business will be available after satisfactory performance. Numeracy and good MSExcel knowledge is key to performing these tasks and therefore a requirement.

Before commencing work we would like to interview you to determine that you are a good fit. The reason we would like to engage a Virtual Assistant company is so that we get coverage during holidays, weekend and sickness.
