Uk Customer Service / telephone professional

In my business we record all inbound phone calls for quality and training purposes and part of our ongoing internal training process involves listening to these calls, identifying the ones that need more work and highlighting them in a training session

I am looking for somebody that can help me track the quality of phone calls that are answered within a business and identify calls that would require improvement and reasons why based on guidelines that I provide to you and make notes accordingly.

Must be UK based fluent english speaking and understand high end customer service delivered over the phone.
