Sales / Business Development - Support and Training for Employee

I have a member of staff (non-salesman) who has been asked to contact our past and current customers in order to generate business. I am looking for someone to give him some initial sales advice and training. This may be a case of providing a couple of hours training on telesales, along putting together some email templates. Or it could be a case of working more more closely over the next few weeks to put together further ideas and increase his skills. I am open to options.

We operate in the wholesale sector. This is a B2B campaign.
