We are seeking an experienced Virtual Project Manager for a house renovation project in Derbyshire, UK. The candidate will be responsible for the overall refit of interior and exterior projects assigned in preparation for resale. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the trade contractors and whatever other work is required as well as the client and any of his/her agents, while successfully directing, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget. This individual will work closely with the director and fulfill an integral role on the project.
