Therefore we help our clients grow their businesses via genuine, authentic & ethical outreach practises.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Online Business Manager for 5-10 hours per week to oversee operations in South Africa. This individual will play a pivotal role in heading up recruitment efforts for new hires and ensuring their seamless integration into the company's structure. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to optimise team performance.
Recruitment:
- Spearhead the recruitment process for new hires within South Africa.
- Collaborate with the UK managing director to define job roles, create job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make informed hiring decisions in alignment with the company's values and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool, fostering relationships with potential candidates.
Team Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires in South Africa, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to new team members to help them acclimatise to their roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Facilitate communication channels for employees to address queries, concerns, and support needs.
- Ensure that employees are meeting job specifications and KPIs through ongoing monitoring and coaching.
Requirements:
- Permanently South African based
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on team development and management.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with a diverse team and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or social media marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
