Purpose
The financial model is required in order to
• Present to potential investors
• Forecast cash flow
• Calculate various scenario ROI
• Envisage break even calculation
Requirements
• Median, pessimistic (median – 30% sales/participants) and optimistic model (median -20% variable costs)
• The businesses wishes to be able to evaluate the impact on cash flow, profitability and nett worth that offering different event lengths & prices has
• The xls should be constructed with a separate revenue line for each income stream (duration) and a corresponding participant acquisition cost, again on a separate line per duration, in order that we may manipulate and test the outcome of various scenarios.
• Please prepare the modelling according to the scenario provided, other scenarios are illustrated in order to provide you with guidance to create an adaptable model
• All changes should be enabled flow through the 3 year cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, ratio and graph illustration
• Changes will be made to the number and mix of courses/retreats, month held and fees by our in-house team as we evaluate the various outcomes that price/numbers/duration generate
