Looking for exceptional Microsost Excel Expert in creating formulaes, macros etc etc.

• Producing complicated excel spreadsheets using macros, formulas etc etc.
• Happy to do the job for £80-100

Background: I own a sports supplements business where I have roughly 4000 products of which some are VATable items and some are not. I have these products listed in a spreadsheet along with the cost price and the sell price. I will be selling these products in 3 places with 3 different sell prices however the cost price will stay the same but will change over time. These places are Ebay, Amazon and directly on my website. I need a way of easily viewing what my profit margins are (in % and pounds) for each product in each place after taking out all expenses (dashboard?)

So for example if I sell on ebay there are expenses I need to take in to account such Ebay listing fee (which needs to be set for each product and can vary from product to product) ebay’s final value fee which is I believe is 10% + 20p and then if the payment is made via paypal then there is another 3.4% + 20p fee. Plus I may give away a promotional item which may cost me a little so we need a coloumn for miscellaneous costs. We also need to bare in mind that some products will be VAT and there profits need to be worked taking this cost into account. Similiary Amazon will have its own costs and selling directly on my website will also have other costs. I will confirm what all the expenses are for Ebay Amazon and Website.

Equally the spreadsheet must be manageable and updateable i.e if a cost price changes then these need to be reflected across the board in each area and in turn profits margin automatically updated.

I would be keen to hear from you what would be the best solution to implement the above.
