I have a mailing list of about 4,000 addresses and I need to send out a mail shot about our new website. I have been told that doing this by Mailchimp is the best way but do not have the time to work out how to do it

Do you have mailchimp account? You can send 12,000 emails per month to 2,000 subscribers for free but If you have more you need pay for that.
