I have 23 years’ administration experience – 17 years was office based where I reached the senior level of Executive Assistant to the CEO of a SME for four years. In this role, I was also required to manage the smooth running of the office and provide the events administration function. This was a very busy and diverse role where I gained a variety of experience in different aspects of business. This has put me in good stead to freelance as a virtual assistant which I’ve been doing since July 2013. I now provide business administration support to small businesses and personal assistance to individuals. This requires discipline and using my own initiative - both strong suits of mine.

I am proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Google Mail, Mail Chimp and Infusionsoft. My time management is good and therefore, I’ve the ability to work to tight deadlines. Being highly organised by nature helps with these two aspects of my work. I have excellent spelling and grammar and have been commended on my polite and professional telephone manner and 'get things done' attitude.
