I need a business plan

I need a business plan that I can use for bank loan application in the UK. The plan is for a community interest company so I would want that advantage to be utilised in this plan. I would need financial forecasts for at least 5 years.

As a community interest company 65% of our proceeds are invested in projects that benefit the community. As part of the organisation we have a clothing brand selling men ladies and kids wear.
