Finance section of business plan to buy a business - projections, costs etc etc

Chapters needed: Financial Plan
Extra notes: I am in the process of trying to finance the purchase of a country pub in the UK. I have written my business plan but am completely stuck on where to start on the financial section. I need projections, costs etc etc written and I'd rather pay someone to do this for me.
I've done some research and i have the books form the last couple of years from the current owners.
I'd like a quick turn around.
