I am looking for an experienced UK employment law specialist to answer a number of questions I have about my employer's workplace policies.
For each question, I would like:
A clear answer.
A brief explanation of the legal position.
References to the relevant UK legislation.
Links to the official legislation and any relevant ACAS, GOV.UK or HMRC guidance that supports the answer.
The purpose is simply to help me understand whether my employer's policies are consistent with current UK employment law before I discuss the issues with them.
