UK Accountant Needed for New Business Structure

I am developing a new UK service business and need an experienced UK accountant/business adviser to review my proposed business model before I set it up.

The basic model is:

Customer → My Business → Independent Contractor

My business would manage the customer relationship, coordinate specialist services, pay the contractor and retain an agreed margin.

I would like advice on:

• Sole trader vs limited company
• How customer and contractor payments should be structured
• How my margin should be treated
• VAT implications
• Tax and accounting considerations
• Any potential issues with the proposed model

I have a detailed business plan that I can provide to the successful applicant.
