Business Process Manager

Hi there,

We are a young company dealing with commercial real estate. We just finished a round of funding and we are growing in sq. ft. and with the amount of staff. Part of the challenges we are facing with growth is around changing processes and documenting it. Even though our staff is very experienced, they don’t have the time and expertise to build processes for a company in growth. The main areas we need support in building the processes are finance, communication and admin.

We are looking for someone to build workshops with the key mgmt. people, understand what are the needs and what are the problems we are trying to solve and work with them to document it and come with a strategy how to implement it.

We are looking for someone that will come few times to our London office and work with the team and than work remotely (in collaboration with the team) to document the processes and come with a strategy how to implement it. We believe it will be a 2-3 months project that will require around 20 days of work (with around 5 days in the office)
