Business Plan Review, Editing and Writing Support

I have a business plan with most information compiled into a draft format. I need someone very familiar with business plan writing to go over the draft, offer suggestions (if needed) and then actually incorporate any changes into the document so that it is ready to present to others. I want the final product to "wow" the people who see it not only with content but also with design elements, although it needs to resemble a traditional business plan.
