Business Plan for a charitable organisation

I need a comprehensive business plan which outlines the different stages/components of our project.
The project is a charitable organisation, registered in the UK but mainly operates in four West African countries where it i aiming to establish and manage a complex of orphanages, schools and self-sustained semi-industrial farms for orphan children aged 0 to 20.
