Business plan

Looking for highly experienced freelancers to produce a business plan and feasibility study which will be used to raise money for a fin tech personal finance mobile app project and a developmental telecoms project. Thus were looking for two sets of freelancers with experience in both spaces.

This is a difficult task, that requires attention to detail, with a short timeline March 2018 completion and unless you have time to commit and undertake independent research and are proactive please do not waste yours and our time.

Prior to providing any documents an NDA must be signed. We are only considering proposals from freelancers based in the EU and US only with verifiable experience and who can provide third party independent references. This may sound very firm but we have been burned before by freelancers bidding who were neither experienced enough nor committed to delivering the service as we needed.
