Administrative Assistant - offsite

We require an off-site administrative assistant to help us track various materials ahead of various conferences and initiatives that are working on. The work will entail:

*corresponding with conference speakers to get their photos, bios and other materials
*corresponding with sponsors to get their various deliverables, attendee lists, etc.
*Doing some work with our data from time to time
*Performing general clerical work
*Most of the work will be via email and telephone

Applicants must have:
*Excellent written and spoken presentation
*The ability to show incentive
*an extremely polite demeanor
*a "Can-do" attitude
*recent references


To apply for this position, you must be available from 1 October to 15 December and not be anticipating any holiday during that time that would interfere with your putting in these hours.
