This work would suit a secretarial business that already has work to do but could answer the odd calls for us.
We are developing a parking website https://www.parkuphere.com/test/ it’s not live yet this is the test site
The site works like this
A business or organisation in London with spare parking spaces would advertise these spaces for rent on the site and a motorist would be able to book and pay for the space via the site.
I am looking for a person or business to deal with customer enquiries etc. the calls would be forwarded to your phone for the hours you can do-I want to cover 8am to 5pm 7 days a week- The calls can be forwarded and un-forwarded to suit the hours you are able to cover .
You would have to have good spoken English and within the hours you cover, every call would need to be answered without fail and sometimes making notes of any problems and letting me know if I need to respond to a customer about a problem
As the site is not online yet I don’t know what the queries will be exactly and how many per day-the site as it is being set up should run itself. I will know more when we go live.
Please let me know if this is of interest and how much you would charge per hour to answer calls alongside your existing work (I don’t imagine there will be more than 3 or 4 calls per hour but we can re-negotiate hourly rate if it proves to take up a lot of your time) at the moment base hourly rate on taking 5 calls per hour
