Role Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client objectives, and overseeing the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
Develop and maintain strategic account plans, outlining campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services or solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in account management or client services within a digital marketing agency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with relevant tools and platforms.
Scheduled hours may vary, part-time up to 20 hours per week to start with a possibility to increase, but an ongoing consistent project.
